A full venue buyout grants exclusive access to all areas of Eucalyptus Dining: the ground-floor restaurant and bar, the private dining rooms, the complete casino gaming floor, the rooftop gaming pavilion, the wine vault, the cigar and whiskey lounge, and all private VIP salons. Your guests experience the entirety of Brisbane's most unique hospitality destination without sharing the space with any other party.
Our dedicated Events Director works with your team from initial brief through to post-event review. We coordinate every element: bespoke menus designed by our executive chef, entertainment from resident jazz ensembles or external performers, custom branding throughout the venue, AV and lighting design, transportation logistics, and curated gaming experiences hosted by our senior croupiers.

Contact Our TeamFull venue buyouts are best suited to groups of 80 or more. For smaller groups, we offer partial buyout options covering specific areas such as the private dining wing or the casino salon.
We recommend enquiring at least 6–8 weeks in advance for standard corporate evenings, and 12–16 weeks for full venue buyouts or events during peak season (October–February).
We welcome approved external entertainment, however all food and beverage must be provided exclusively by Eucalyptus Dining's culinary team to ensure consistency of service and compliance with venue licences.
Corporate gaming evenings are conducted with event chips only — no real money gaming is involved. This ensures a fun, pressure-free experience for all guests regardless of gaming experience.
Yes. Our Events Director provides a post-event summary including guest attendance, budget reconciliation and satisfaction notes. Guest feedback forms can be distributed digitally or on paper during the event.
